Following the recent changes to the half-life 1 query protocol we had to do a lot of work to the web site in order to keep the live status pages working for our Death Match Classic servers. As a result of the recoding process it led us on to a couple of new ideas for new features at DMC Central.
So here they are in practice:
Bot'O'Matic Graph page - Is a comparison graph of Bots / Real players on all populated DMC servers
(Refreshed every 3 minutes)
All DMC Servers page - Like its name says it is a complete list of all populated DMC servers currently listed on the Steam master servers
(Refreshed every 10 minutes)

There have been many attempts this week of people trying to hack our servers, or testing to see if a hack will work.
This is the only warning that will be posted
If your IP address comes up in the server logs that IP will be banned from the web site and game servers, no warnings given. Several IP address have already been blocked.

I have updated the downloads section and servers to Carbons new version of dmc_matdm2. If you recieve version or crc errors when connecting to the dmc servers please delete your existing copy of the map and download the new version from the server.

It’s been a while since the downloads section was updated so this weekend we have been busy clearing the back log of new and updated files. The new additions are listed below.
Full bright player models by scourge of mankind
Simple textures wad file for dmc_ztndm3 by dirkst3r

Six new DMC maps added into the downloads section today
Many thanks to the authors for letting us host their creations.
The new files are:
dmc_helix
dmc_lego
dmc_orkan
dmc_pkv
dmc_dagon
dmc_midgard
They have also been installed a voteable maps on the DMC Pro Arena and Duel Servers.
BTW: If you know of any DMC maps that we are missing, simply post a link in the forum and we'll do our best to get them added.
